Biz Point 6

Start your morning at the organic farmers market, just 282 metres away, for fresh produce before work. Vira Yogahome is 417 metres off if you want to stretch before opening up shop. For fitness, SPEED GYM Chiangmai is 575 metres away, with Speed Gym close behind at 582 metres. Wat Ram Poeng (Tapotaram), 600 metres out, offers a calm space to clear your head between meetings. And if you need supplies, Pa Chin convenience store is 700 metres from the building.

Biz Point 6 is developed by Karnkanok Property, a Chiang Mai company that's been building locally since 2003. The project takes the form of commercial units set on 1.6 rai of land, with 19 units in total working out to about 134.7 square metres of land behind each one — generous breathing room for a commercial plot this size. For anyone wanting a business base in Suthep that isn't swallowed up by its own scale, this is a project built around that exact idea.
