Yes, it's available! 7th floor, pool view, fully furnished with washer. I can arrange a video tour for Monday 10am your time so you can see everything before you fly — or in-person Tuesday when you land?
Video tour Monday would be great! Also — is it pet friendly? I have a small dog.
Good news — this building allows small dogs under 7kg. I'll send the floor plan and lease terms tonight so you can review before the tour.

People like you already live here
Real stories from expats who made Chiang Mai home.
“I wasted two weeks scrolling Facebook groups before finding this platform. Filtered by WiFi speed and coworking distance, had three verified viewings booked within a day. Signed my lease that same week.”
“The neighborhood guide sold us on Hang Dong before we even landed. Our agent found us a house near Grace International School in three days — the English contract and move-in checklist made it stress-free.”
“Every listing I saw was real — no bait-and-switch photos, no ghost listings. My agent explained the lease terms in plain English and even helped me set up utilities. Moved in within a week of arriving.”
“Finally a platform that speaks Korean. Found my condo in two days without relying on Facebook groups or Google Translate.”
Questions expats always ask
Straight answers, no jargon. If yours isn’t here, message us — we reply in under 1 hour.
Can foreigners buy property in Thailand?
Foreigners can own condominium units in freehold — up to 49% of a building’s total area. Houses and land cannot be owned directly, but can be held through a registered 30-year leasehold or a Thai company structure. Our Foreign Ownership Guide covers every option in detail.
How much deposit do I need to rent?
Standard Thai practice is 2 months’ rent as security deposit plus 1 month advance rent — so 3 months total upfront. Some landlords accept 1 month deposit for shorter leases. All deposits should be documented in your lease agreement.
Are the homes on the site available now?
Not yet. While we add the first homes from owners, the homes shown are samples. Tell us what you are looking for, and we find homes that are free and arrange the viewings.
Which visa do I need to rent or buy property?
You don’t need a specific visa to rent or buy a condo. However, your visa type affects your tax residency status and banking access. The most common options are the DTV (Destination Thailand Visa), O-A (retirement) and Thailand Privilege (formerly Thailand Elite).
Can I search in Korean or Chinese?
Yes. The site works in English, Korean (한국어), Chinese (中文) and Thai (ไทย).
How do I contact an agent?
Every home has contact buttons: LINE (the main Thai messaging app), WhatsApp, Messenger or a call. We reply within 1 hour on average.
