Condos for Sale in Fa Ham, Chiang Mai

Fa Ham is the tambon on the east bank of the Ping River directly north of the Old City, centered on the Superhighway-Chotana intersection and Payap University's main campus. Over the past 30 years it has quietly become the densest Korean community anchor in Chiang Mai, seeded by Korean Presbyterian missionaries who came in the 1990s to work with Payap University (itself founded by American Presbyterians in 1974). Today Fa Ham hosts the majority of the city's roughly 2,000 Korean residents, several Korean churches, Korean grocery stores, and Korean restaurants — a community still largely invisible to English-language Chiang Mai platforms. It is also home to Khao Soi Lam Duan, the single most famous bowl of the northern Thai noodle dish in the city.
