Santitham is the affordable cousin of Nimman. The two neighborhoods sit side by side and share much of the same amenity base — walkable cafes, Rimping supermarket, CMU proximity — but Santitham's rents run 30-40% lower because the building stock is older and less glossy.
This is the neighborhood of choice for digital nomads who have figured out that they don't need the shiny condos of Nimman to do their actual work. A ฿10,000-14,000/month 1-bedroom in Santitham has reliable fiber, close cafes, and a 5-minute motorbike ride to everywhere in Nimman.
