Karnkanok Property

Karnkanok Property Co., Ltd. was founded in 2003 by Mr. Kanoksak Art with 5 million baht of registered capital and has its head office in Nong Phueng, Saraphi. It builds detached houses, twin houses, townhomes, condominiums and commercial buildings, and has also built in Lamphun and in Chiang Rai, at Baan Karnkanok Mae Kon. It was among the first in Chiang Mai to build with cast-in-place concrete, pouring the walls on site so that a house needs no columns or beams inside and gains the space they would take.

Its estates ring the city. The numbered Karnkanok Ville estates stand in six districts: Ville 10 in Hang Dong has 374 houses, Ville 12 in Mae Rim 284 and Ville 4 in San Kamphaeng 287, and Ville 28 on the San Kamphaeng New Road has opened for pre-sale. Baan Karnkanok 2 in Doi Saket has 457 homes, the Karnkanok Town estates stand in Saraphi, Mae Rim, San Sai and the city, and Karnkanok 19 in Chang Khlan is a two-storey townhouse project of 285 units.

In the city it builds the One Plus condominiums, close to Chiang Mai University and the hospitals, around Suan Dok, Jed Yod, Huay Kaew, Khlong Chon and Mahidol, along with the Biz Point commercial rows and the One Plus Business Park.
