Koolpunt Property Co., Ltd.

Koolpunt Property Co., Ltd. (บริษัท กุลพันธ์ พร็อพเพอร์ตี้ จำกัด) has been building housing estates in Chiang Mai since 1987, which makes it one of the few developers here that predates the province's condominium era entirely. Its head office is on the Chiang Mai–Hang Dong road in Ban Waen, in the middle of the district where most of its work stands.

The company builds under the Koolpunt Ville name, numbered rather than branded: Ville 2 through Ville 17, plus The Bliss, The Athena, The Dynasty and The Pinnacle on later phases. The estates are not clustered in one place. Koolpunt Ville 9 sits in Ban Waen in Hang Dong, Ville 7 in Suthep in Mueang Chiang Mai, and The Bliss Koolpunt Ville 16 out in San Kamphaeng — three different amphoe, which is unusual for a developer of this size and says something about how the company has followed the city outward rather than filling one corridor.

Beyond housing, the group operates hotels and the North Hill Golf Club.
