About Hylife Developments
Hylife Developments was established in Chiang Mai in 2018 with two million baht of share capital and raised it to one hundred million baht the next year. Its four projects are all on this site: HyCondo Thasala, HyParc Residences Hang Dong, HyLuxe Maerim and HyCondo Iconic, the largest with 175 units.
HyCondo Thasala, launched in 2019 with projected sales of 169 million baht, won the FIABCI-Thai Prix d'Excellence Award 2022 for residential condominiums. HyParc Residences, launched in 2020, won Dot Property Thailand 2023 for the best lifestyle condominium in Chiang Mai. HyLuxe Maerim, from 2021, is a luxury-villa project valued at 311 million baht.
The company belongs to Hylife Group, which also works in asset management and manufacturing. The head office is at 63 Moo 7, Nong Khwai, Hang Dong, Chiang Mai 50230. The group has said it plans a stock-market listing; the company is 8 years old.
